We agree to accept both personal and company responsibility for your 100% complete satisfaction with the materials and the work provided by us and paid for by you. During the first two years, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of the equipment; our service; our people; or for any reason, we will correct the problem to your satisfaction or we will remove the system that we installed within thirty (30) days of your request and refund the entire contract price.

Best Value Lowest Cost Guarantee:
We guarantee the best value at the lowest cost to you, based on our detailed HEAT RELIEF specification using comparable products, efficiency, warranties, guarantees, and our installation quality standards. Our price to you is the best value you can receive in the market as a direct, apples to apples comparison, or we will meet your documented price and give you $400 if you present a legitimate competitive quote from a Oregon State licensed contractor in writing!

Comfort Assurance - Even Temperature Guarantee:
HEAT RELIEF guarantees that when the home comfort system we installed is maintained by us and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, and you have made all the recommended improvements to your duct system and zone control, the system will perform as we have stated. We promise a temperature variance of no more than plus or minus “2” degrees from your thermostat setting. We will make any modification, repairs, or replacements necessary to achieve these temperatures at no additional cost.

5-Year Service Guarantee:
We offer a 5-year service guarantee on any repair we make, with no overtime for the lifetime of the Ultimate Savings Agreement.

Quality Workmanship Guarantee:
We guarantee our quality and workmanship will meet your satisfaction or you don’t pay. We will conduct a quality walk-through with you, and demonstrate the workmanship we agreed to in writing in our specification for your home. We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with our quality or you don’t pay!

Client Courtesy Promise:
We promise to send courteous, professional technicians to your home. If any of our technicians smoke or swear in your home, you do not pay us a sime. Our technicians will protect your belongings by wearing shoe covers, laying drop cloths, and cleaning up before they leave. If they fail to take care of you in this fashion, you don't pay.

10-Year Parts and Labor Warranty*
As a rule of thumb…any failure of an internal component on a covered piece of equipment is covered, unless it fails due to neglect, failure of the owner to allow Heat Relief preventative maintenance to occur, or an act of God.

* All we require is that you participate in Heat Relief's annual maintenance program on the covered equipment to ensure peak performance and maximum efficiency.
