What a relief you could be…Heat Relief asks Portlanders to provide relief to those in need.

Heat Relief Heating & Cooling’s owner, Mark DeFrancisco, and his wife, Sunday, are active in their faith, motivating them to reach out when they see a need. This upcoming June 2024, they will be joining various faith-based organizations and volunteers journeying to El Salvador.

This is not the first mission trip for the DeFranciscos to El Salvador or similar trips dedicated to serving underserved regions across the globe. “In our faith, we have found a deep sense of servitude toward others. Because of this community in which we live and work, we’ve been able to go where God calls us,” said Mark DeFrancisco. “We went on a trip to El Salvador and saw firsthand the needs of children, women, and food assistance programs. We want to extend that impact by helping others feel the calling,” said Sunday DeFrancisco.

Heat Relief Heating & Cooling is asking its loyal customers and the community we serve to consider donating to Freedom Community Church’s relief efforts.

One hundred percent of your donations will be impacting the relief in El Salvador by:

  • Serving more homes through the food assistant program of the Freedom Food Ministry
  • Increasing participation in children’s outreach program
  • Upgrading the homes of single mothers with children with suitable and sanitary facilities
  • Aiding Retired Ministers with suitable living arrangements and accommodations

Whether your life has a strong spiritual component or you simply want to do good in the world, Mark, Sunday, and the entire Heat Relief team invite you to give love and assistance where it’s needed.

Thank you for being the best part of our community.
